Worst Body part: Abs - they are pretty
good when I'm in competition form, but, add just a couple of pounds and they disappear. I must say they are definately improving,
though. I work them extra hard because they are a problem area for me.
Favorite Exercise: I don't have a favorite
exercise but I love working shoulders.
Least Favorite Exercise: None
Traits you admire most in others: I
admire good parents, people with undying faith and people who are willing to do whatever it takes to win.
Traits you admire most in yourself: I
try to be humble, kind to others (especially if they are not kind to me) and patient.
Favorite Movie: Grease
Favorite Group: It changes with
my mood. I like almost anything on the radio.
Favorite Writer: That also changes with
my mood. I like Steven King and Joyce Carol Oates. I read a lot of the books from Oprah's book club. Also, I
used to like to read poems by Shel Silverstein to my son when he was younger.
Favorite Food: Chicken Caesar Salad
Favorite Cheat Day Treats: Ben &
Jerry's, Jelly beans and peanut butter.
Favorite Automobile: I'm not the Ferrari
type. I like something classy but understated like the Lexus RX300 or the Cadillac Escalade.
Idea of a Perfect Vacation: A spa retreat
Favorite TV Program: The only program
I watch on a regular basis is the Today show. Also, I always watch MTV while I do cardio.
What would you be doing if you weren't a Bodybuilding/Fitness
Competitor?: I would probably have more than one child.
Long Term Bodybuilding/Fitness Ambitions:
I would love to be on the cover of Oxygen! And to continue to spread the "Fitness Bug" to others particularly beginners!
What you like most about competing in Fitness?:
Being in great shape!
What you dislike most about Bodybuilding/Fitness?:
How others who aren't in the fitness field watch and comment on what and how I eat. I would tell others to keep in mind
that this is just a sport and not to let it take over your life. Or, everything in moderation - even dieting and exercise.
